May be you...

Hi, I'm Facundo Di Pierro!

Throughout my 15 years as a web developer, I worked with numerous clients who had the problems I mentioned above.

But even though I was able to deliver results that left the client satisfied, I always felt a void in my work.

As my focus was on creating websites for others to promote their products, services, etc., I could not find a personal satisfaction that would motivate me.

This led me to leave my profession and explore a new path in gastronomy, where I sought to offer memorable experiences.

As a cook and then as a waiter I was dedicated to generating unique experiences in people, when they tasted a dish I had cooked, a wine I had recommended or simply providing friendly attention.

However, the reality of the food industry, with its waste, environmental impact and animal exploitation, filled me with sadness.

And again I found myself searching for something that I was passionate about and aligned with my values.

It was then that I realized that I could use my internet skills, developing and designing websites, to contribute to the care of the environment and animals, a passion that I discovered throughout my life.

Do you have questions about my experience, services, work process, etc.?

I have compiled the frequently asked questions that my clients have requested when hiring my service and I explain them below:

In 2007 I developed my first website, in the second year of my university career. The site was for the professional portfolio of a private event filming company. Since then I continued learning and developing more and more complex websites until today.

I specialize in the development of websites that meet the web standards based on the W3C. For frontend development I use HTML, CSS and JavaScript. When developing dynamic content websites I use the WordPress platform. I enjoy developing E-commerce shops with payment platforms, shipping methods, and all the features.

Without further explanation, the site you are seeing right now I have designed and developed it myself. To see more projects you can go to the Testimonials section of this page or to the Portfolio section.

1. Initial meeting and understanding of requirements: Virtual or telephone meeting with the client to discuss project objectives, needs and expectations. Project requirements are established, including business objectives, desired functionalities, design and target audience in order to develop an appropriate budget, which will include development time and costs.
2. Research and analysis: Detailed research is conducted on the target market, competition, design trends and industry best practices. An analysis of the technical and functional needs of the project is also carried out to determine the best solution to implement.
3. Planning and conceptual design: A detailed project plan is created, including site structure, information architecture and navigation flows. Then a conceptual design is developed that includes the visual appearance and user experience of the website, usually in the form of wireframes or mockups. Finally the design is reviewed by the client with the possibility of providing feedback to adjust as necessary.
4. Development and programming: The technical implementation of the project is carried out, where the designs and specifications are translated into web programming codes. Appropriate technologies and programming languages are used to develop the different functionalities of the website, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, databases, etc.
5. Testing and review: Extensive testing is performed on all parts of the website to identify and correct errors, ensuring that the site is functional and compatible with different browsers and devices. Feedback is solicited from the client and revisions are made as necessary to ensure that the project meets their expectations and requirements.
6. Deployment and launch: Once completed and approved by the client, the website is prepared for launch to the public. Final configurations such as performance optimization, server configuration, and integration of analytics and monitoring tools are performed.
7. Delivery and post-launch support: The website is delivered to the client along with any necessary documentation and administrator credentials in the case of content managed websites, accompanied by training in the use of the content management system for regular updates. In this last stage the mailboxes are also created and support is provided to the client to configure the mailboxes in the mail managers.

Both in the design stage and in the testing and review stage, the client is given the possibility to send the pertinent corrections to meet the expectations of the project agreed upon in the initial stage.

The development of the website is linked to the design, respecting the visual identity of the brand, creating a friendly interface to provide the user a pleasant experience when navigating within the site.

The client can make the payment through the payment platform of this website with credit/debit card or through bank transfer. It is required to pay 50% of the total amount to start the project and the remaining amount at the final delivery.
In the case of monthly fees, the amount must be paid on the first working day of the month.
Prices can be found in this section of the website Services.

The development time varies depending on the type of project. However, I have elaborated a table of estimated times to guide the client. You will find it in Services section.

Yes, in fact a website without proper periodic maintenance can generate several headaches, such as loss of functionality, hacking, theft of sensitive information, loss of SEO positioning, among other things. Therefore a basic monthly maintenance service is provided (see Services).

SSL/TLS certificate: Use of SSL/TLS certificate to encrypt communication between the user’s browser and the web server, which protects data during transfer.
Regular software updates: maintenance and update of the web server software, operating system, content manager, templates, plugins and any other software used on the website to prevent vulnerabilities.
Firewalls and security filters: Configuration of firewalls at both server and application level to block malicious traffic and filter suspicious requests.
Secure authentication: Implementation of strong authentication measures, such as strong passwords and account lockout after a certain number of failed login attempts.
Access control: Limiting access to sensitive parts of the website to authorized users only and role-based access control to restrict user privileges as needed.
Security audits: Conducting regular security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and security issues on the website.
SQL injection protection: Use of parameterized queries to prevent SQL injection attacks, which can compromise the website database.
Regular backups: Regular backups of website content and storage of backups in a secure manner facilitating restoration in the event of data loss.
User education and awareness: The customer is advised on good security practices, such as choosing strong passwords, identifying phishing emails and detecting malicious software.

These services are essential (see Services) to increase the quantity and quality of traffic to a website, which can lead to more leads and sales.

The use of mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets, to surf the Internet has experienced significant growth in recent years. According to various research and statistics, web traffic from mobile devices has surpassed desktop traffic in many cases. For example, in some reports, it has been pointed out that more than 50% of web traffic comes from mobile devices. That’s why I specialize in optimizing websites for mobile devices, making sure to offer an optimal user experience on smaller screens.

Yes, I have a warranty that covers any technical defect or functional problem that arises as a direct result of the website development process within the first 15 days from the publication of the website. This includes programming errors, functionalities that do not behave as specified, display problems on different devices and browsers.
